All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed.

Currently, all orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery basis. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Refusing to pay upon delivery may result in your account being restricted.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. BengLoft is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier failures. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Items must be reported and returned in original condition immediately upon delivery under our instant return policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. BengLoft is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on BengLoft — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of BengLoft and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

BengLoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
