Do I need an account to place an order?

No — BengLoft supports guest checkout. You only need your name, phone number, and delivery address. No account required.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when your order arrives at your door. We plan to add bKash, Nagad, and card payments in the future.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you'll receive a unique order number (e.g. BL-20260601-1234). Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number to see the current status.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka takes 3–5 business days depending on the district.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is free on orders above ৳1,500. For orders below ৳1,500, the fee depends on your district: ৳80 for Dhaka (Inside City Corporation) and ৳130 for all other areas including Dhaka (Outside City Corporation). The fee is calculated automatically at checkout.

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?

Currently we deliver within Bangladesh only. International shipping for the Bengali diaspora is planned for Phase 2.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page shows the available sizes. If you're unsure, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you based on measurements.

Are the product colours accurate?

We try our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen calibration differences. If colour accuracy is important, feel free to contact us before ordering.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

An account gives you persistent order history, faster checkout with saved addresses, and easier order tracking. It's optional — you can always shop as a guest.
