Return Policy
We offer an instant return policy — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away and we'll resolve it immediately. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Exchange Policy
We happily exchange items for a different size or colour right away upon delivery, subject to availability. Contact us immediately with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.
For size exchanges, we recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering to avoid the need for an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale)
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Since we currently operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bKash or bank transfer.
